Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to assist with daily accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting the finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and accounting documents.
Assist in preparing purchase, sales, and expense entries.
Perform bank reconciliations and account verification.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Prepare financial reports and spreadsheets as required.
Assist during audits and financial reviews.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, or accounting software.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
