Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Email & Chat Support Executive to provide prompt and professional assistance to customers through email and chat channels. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.
Meet quality standards and response time targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
