Junior Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining engineering projects while working closely with senior engineers and project teams. Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Prepare technical drawings, reports, documentation, and project records.
Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
Analyze technical data and provide recommendations for improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Support installation, maintenance, and operational activities.
Monitor project progress and report issues to senior management.
Participate in site visits and field activities when required.
Stay updated with the latest engineering practices and technologies.
Required Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Engineering or a related technical field.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical concepts.
Basic knowledge of industry-related software and tools.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
