Junior Lab Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Lab Assistant to support laboratory operations by assisting in sample handling, testing procedures, record maintenance, and equipment management. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, follow laboratory protocols, and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in collecting, labeling, and organizing laboratory samples.
Prepare laboratory equipment, chemicals, and materials for testing procedures.
Maintain accurate records of tests, observations, and laboratory activities.
Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the laboratory.
Assist senior laboratory staff in conducting experiments and analysis.
Monitor laboratory inventory and report shortages of supplies and materials.
Follow safety guidelines and laboratory protocols at all times.
Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Dispose of laboratory waste according to safety and regulatory standards.
Support quality control activities and documentation processes.
Required Qualifications
Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Science, Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
