Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to support account management activities, maintain client relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and account-related documentation.
Monitor customer requirements and provide timely updates.
Support senior account managers in achieving business objectives.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities.
Identify opportunities for business growth and customer retention.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Basic understanding of account management and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
